Hi, I'm Jordan Sheffield. I was born and raised in Utah, and helping people has always been a huge part of who I am. Real estate gives me the opportunity to combine my love for people, my passion for this community, and my drive to make a real difference in others' lives.

Why this guide?
After years of helping clients navigate the Wasatch Front, I realized there wasn't a single, comprehensive resource that covered every neighborhood from Ogden to Provo in the way that actually matters to people moving here. School ratings. Commute times. Dog parks. The real vibe of a community that you can't get from a listing photo.
So I built one. This guide is my attempt to give back to the communities that have given me so much. Whether you're relocating from across the country or just across town, I want you to have the information you need to make the right choice.
And yes, the dog parks page is extensive. I'm a dog person. My wife and I have a dog named Phoenix, and finding the right park with the right setup matters more than most people realize.
